Kids ages 10 and up are invited to join us at a youth outing on October 23 (a professional day with no classes for the North Vancouver School District) at West Vancouver Ice Rink. Attendees will have the chance to participate in the 'toonie skate' session that runs on Fridays from 2:45pm to 3:45pm, with the total price if kids need to rent skates being $5.35 (skate rental $3.35, entrance $2; if they have their own skates, it will only be $2 entry).
Youth will meet Vicky at the ice rink in West Vancouver at 2:30pm and will skate until 3:45pm. Those that want to can be driven back to church for Eat Play Love that evening (Reverend Karen has volunteered to drive and we will recruit others if required). Alternatively, parents/guardians can pick up their kids from the rink if they prefer, or can pick them up from church before Eat Play Love. For those that choose to come back to church, we will have a snack for them regardless of whether they plan to stay for EPL.
Please register your child in advance so we're able to pay together and so we know who will need a ride back to church, who will be collected from the rink, etc. We look forward to hitting the ice with your kids!
