Sunday Worship

Join us at LVUC for worship this Sunday, July 26 at 10:30am as we begin our AFFIRM series. Several years ago, Lynn Valley United Church embarked on the process of becoming an affirming congregation within the United Church of Canada. In November 2021, the congregation received the recognition of being an affirming church. Still, becoming affirming isn’t a quick journey; it’s a continuous process of love, discernment, and transformation. Our worship team discerned that it would be good to be reminded of the unexpected, transforming work that was done and to continue to look at how we live into the call to be an affirming church. This Sunday, we will look at Philippians 1: 3-6, 9-11, Colossians 3: 12–15 (The Message).
