Peacenik Collective's A Season for Peace and Love

Join the Peacenik Collective for its third annual holiday show, "A Season for Peace and Love: John Lennon Memorial Peace Concert" featuring special guest Randall Andrus!

Peacenik Collective is a group of highly-acclaimed, award-winning musicians, each having recorded and performed over decades in many outstanding projects. Cherelle Jardine, Marc Gladstone, Scott Jackson, Bruce Coughlan, Gord Maxwell, and Greg Stuart are bringing a peace party to LVUC to raise funds for the Gospel Mission Society. The band will be performing their single "Back to Love" and will be singing songs from their collective songbook, which includes songs from Cherelle, Marc and Scott - (Stone Poets), Bruce Coughlan, and Gord Maxwell. Expect some surprise cover songs, and of course, a few John Lennon favourites!

This groovy musical experience will support the Gospel Mission Society in Vancouver, an organization that has been supporting those in need on Vancouver's DTES since 1929. We will also be collecting sleeping bags, blankets, warm jackets, coats, fleeces, hoodies, socks, gloves, toques, and personal hygiene items for women and men for the Mission at this event.
