Around the world, people engage in spiritual practices as a way of cultivating calm, connection, and overall well-being. These practices can create space to connect with our inner wisdom, sense of wholeness, divine presence, and the mystery of a peace that surpasses understanding.
At Lynn Valley United Church, spiritual practices are embraced by people at many different stages of their spiritual journey and from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. While we draw on expansive language and imagery to explore spirituality, we are rooted in the Christian tradition and often use the language of God and Spirit.
The Spiritual Practices Team is always open to new opportunities for reflection, learning, and connection within our community.
