First Seniors' Lunch and Learn a Success!

On October 20, LVUC held its first lunch and learn, specifically tailored to seniors who are striving to live their healthiest lives.

We partnered with Comfort Keepers, an award-winning in-home care company, to host Mike Beishuizen of Westcoast Wills & Estates Law Corporation, who lead a seminar on the core elements of effective estate planning. We also hosted Judie Dahl, Founder & CEO of La Concierge Moving & in-Home Services, who dove into the “how-tos” of downsizing and thoughtful planning for the next phases of life. 

We were pleased to welcome nearly 25 guests to the event, who were treated to an informative presentation, followed by a delicious LVUC-catered lunch and a dessert provided by Heart to Home Meals.
