"Indian Horse"

Indian Horse (2018 drama) is an award winning movie (Vancouver International Film Festival) based on the novel of the same name by Richard Wagamese and produced by Clint Eastwood.

It captures real-life experiences of a young man in the 1970's and his survival of the Canadian residential school system.

There will be time for exploring the themes and group discussion following the movie. This is the fourth Movie Night exploring the Indigenous experience depicted in the movies hosted by the Social Justice and Outreach Team and is offered as part of current work towards Reconclliation and Right Relationship.

Offered 'by donation' with doors open at 6:30pm and refreshments served before and after the movie.
