The Army That Never Fights!
If you are a gamer who loves fighting games, you would try to build powerful armour and get the best weapons as quickly as possible. Your armours are designed not only to protect your player from enemy shots and explosions but are also extraordinarily resistant to radiation. With your armour, your player can rush into battles and dangerous terrains and not be hurt.
In Ephesians 6:10-20, the apostle Paul told us we were given weapons and armour to protect us. We were given the truth, salvation, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, and the word of God. The interesting thing about the armour is what we are told to do with it. I bet you guess that the armour was given so we can rush forward and attack our enemies. No! We are not to attack. The instruction is to Stand.
