Dear friends,
New Year’s greeting to you.

My compassion and prayers are with you as we face this new year, anticipating its joys, challenges, and lessons to be learned. This message is an update on what will be happening at Lynn Valley United Church for the month of January.

In late December 2021, the escalation and spread of the Omicron variant of the Coronavirus necessitated that we take the time to evaluate the situation and understand the appropriate level of concern and response needed. As a result, we suspended Christmas Eve services and went on Zoom for Service on December 26, 2021.

Even before COVID-19, we know that meeting as a community is an important touchstone for our members and people struggling with depression and loneliness. In light of this, we seek to maintain a level of community and access to others.

Here are some things to note for the month of January:
1.       Service will be on Zoom and Streamed Live on Facebook simultaneously. You can choose whether to attend on              Zoom or Facebook.
a.       Coffee and Conversation at 10:00 on Zoom only. Please register (Registration Link Here)
b.       Service begins at 10:30 am Zoom and will live stream to Facebook (Click here for FaceBook)
2.       All programs and meetings are Online.
3.       As an individual or in your family/friend group, you have access to the Sacred Space and Labyrinth during our                opening hours - 10 am - 4 pm.
a.       Please wear your mask, sanitize your hands and keep your distance on such visits.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to receiving your suggestions and feedback.
