Walking the labyrinth can be deeply meditative. For many people, there is something about the act of walking and following the path that allows one to open to deep reflection. It's a kind of solitary journey that opens space deep inside.

While the internal journey is solitary, there is also something particularly powerful about walking the labyrinth with others. It is a deep experience of self in community that opens different kinds of reflections. The addition of music adds yet another element.

Lynn Valley United and the Centre for Spiritual Practices is hosting Labyrinth Walking weekly.  Some weeks of the month will have live musicians playing, and some will include families and children... for all walks all are welcome!

Every Wednesday, except when there is a Mid-Week Moments event, the labyrinth is open during Contemplative Prayer from 6-7pm, with an evening walk at 7pm following the practice.

On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, join an afternoon walk from 1:30 - 3pm, with traditional and familiar hymns played on the piano.

On the 3rd Wednesday of each month, there is an evening walk with live music by a instrumental soloist or group between 7pm and 8pm with live music.

Through the week, the labyrinth is available Tuesday - Friday from 11am to 3:30pm ...or call the office to inquire about booking a facilitator for a group experience and encounter on the labyrinth.
