With Hope and Abundance:

This Sunday we will worship with congregations from all over BC and some in Alberta. We are part of the Pacific Mountain Region of the United Church of Canada and on June 13, rather than linking to worship with only Lynn Valley, you are invited to link into worship with this wider body of the Church.  Blair Odney will be presiding.  A number of people will be celebrated as new ministers, including Andria Irwin.

Keynote speaker, Rev. Nadia Bolz-Weber is a powerful, straight-talking minister and New York Times bestselling author who founded the congregation of House for All Sinners and Saints.  

Have some bread and juice ready because there be will a communion, and perhaps some tissues - I can never see people entering into ordered ministry without crying.  And be prepared - It will be longer than an hour and you won't want to have to leave early.
