 d Bath\, facilitated by Aravind Vanchesan of Theta Space.\nThis 75-minute 
 gong meditation is designed to help you shift out of the pace of the day a
 nd into a deeper state of rest. No prior experience is needed\; simply lie
  down or sit comfortably and let the sound do its healing work. Participan
 ts are encourage to bring blankets as pillows to assist in comfort during 
 this exercise.\nThis deeply restorative session will begin with arrival an
 d grounding to help you settle into the space\, followed by intention sett
 ing to consciously arrive and let the day go\, guided breathwork to down-r
 egulate the nervous system\, a full-spectrum gong sound immersion for deep
  rest and inner stillness\, and finally a quiet closing to integrate befor
 e re-entering the evening.\nThe experience offers gong sound immersion usi
 ng large\, high-quality gongs\, including two massive 38-inch sun gongs. T
 he layered resonance of the gongs creates a surrounding “sound envelope
 ” that many people experience as timeless\, floating\, or spacious\, all
 owing the mind to quiet and the body to rest deeply.\nEach sound journey i
