A little bit more info about Kyla:
I found yoga over a decade ago. At first I enjoyed how it made me feel stronger and more flexible, but I soon started to notice benefits beyond what I had originally bargained for. I realized that yoga is a practice that, when interwoven into your life, shows you how to live wholly and authentically with equanimity and poise. I had the privilege of receiving a scholarship from Karma Teachers College in 2014 for my 200 hour yoga teacher training. I also studied Yin & Yoga Nidra with Jolene Bayda and Savoir Yoga in 2015. Yoga has completely changed my life, and I’m looking forward to teaching and sharing my practice and my love for all aspects of yoga with you.
