Come join Lynn Valley United Church to another experience at the Squamish First Nation's 'Shaker Church'.  Elder Eugene Harry has put another invitation out to us and other United Church congregations and  will lead the service at their church on the Sqamish Reserve. Several members on Lynn Valley attended the first invitation back on March 7th, and found it a very moving experience. 

Members of the Indian Shaker Church adopt elements of Christianity into longstanding concepts of Coast Salish spirituality. The resulting mix of Christianity and Coast Salish spirituality produced a hybrid religion, with its own unique set of beliefs and practices

Please join us.  This is an evening event - 7pm to approx 10pm

Location: Squamish Nation Capilano Reserve - 104 Mathias Rd (corner of Welch St and Mathias Rd)
