What is the significance of the winding pattern laid out on the floor of the sanctuary at Lynn Valley United?

Join with others to discover this ancient, sacred design during an engaging workshop that offers a brief overview
of the history and use of the labyrinth, with plenty of time and opportunity to explore its meandering path.

This introductory workshop is offered by donation as a community educational resource by the Centre for Spiritual Practices at Lynn Valley United Church and is led by Veriditas trained facilitator, Kelly Jenner.  Please wear clothing that you can move easily in and layer, as needed, for temperature/ comfort. Socks or slippers are preferred, but shoes can be worn if needed (no bare feet at this time, please).

Feel free to bring along your favourite journal or notebook- a limited supply may be available at the registration table.
