  from Mike Beishuizen of Westcoast Wills and Estates and Judie Dahl from L
 a Concierge Moving as they walk attendees through the foundations of wills
  and estate planning\, as well as moving and in-home services for best sen
 ior living practices.\nDoors will open at 10:45am and the presentations wi
 ll begin at 11:00am. Lunch will be provided by LVUC and will take place at

 shuizen has always had a passion for wills and estate planning law\, and a
 s a consequence\, he founded Westcoast Wills &amp\; Estates. He regularly 
 advises clients on estate planning and prepares wills\, trusts\, represent
 ation agreements and powers of attorney. He also advises and helps clients
  apply to court for probate and committeeship orders. His presentation wil
 l cover the core elements of effective estate planning\, as well as how wi
 lls\, powers of attorney\, and representation agreements work together to 
 protect families and ensure decisions are made according to a person’s w
 ishes. He will also discuss common pitfalls and how proper planning preven
 ts conflict\, delay\, and unintended outcomes. He expects attendees to lea
 ve with a confident understanding of how to build a solid\, legally sound 
 estate plan.\nJudie Dahl is the Founder and CEO of La Concierge Moving &am
 p\; in-Home Services. With a background in the fast-paced entertainment in
 dustry\, Judie has mastered the art of managing details and guiding demand
 ing transitions. She now uses those skills to help clients simplify overwh
 elming transitions like downsizing\, moving\, and age-at-home set-up\, off
 ering steady support and making her an invaluable partner on the journey t
