Free Drum Circle Experience

Have you ever been at a rhythm event or drum circle, but felt too intimidated to play?

Did someone say "you have no rhythm" and make you feel like you can't participate?

Well, those days are over!!  The drums are calling!!

On Saturday, March 24th 2018 from 11am-1pm you are invited to drop by The Cube (in Lynn Valley Square next to Brown’s Social) at any point for an experience with a community Drum Circle facilitated by Abby Greene Bull.  This is a chance for anyone, of all ages and abilities, to drop in for FREE to try it out. 

Come learn the basics about how to jam and groove in a drum circle!

Discover the power of the Pulse! Ignite your inner rhythm and creative juices with this powerful form of guided avtive meditation facilitated by Abby Greene Bull, where we will be interacting, learning about grooving and sharing as we connect with positive vibes of rhythm.  Fun and engaging for all levels and all styles of drumming.  (Yes, well seasoned drummers welcome!)

Drums and instruction provided.  If you have a drum, you are welcomed to bring it along!!
