Homelessness doesn't get a day off... 

It takes a compassionate heart to walk any distance in someone else's shoes, and on February 25, people accross Canada will take a few steps towards easing the life of those with the least.

A team of walkers from Lynn Valley United will join with hundreds of others to walk in Vancouver to raise awareness of what it is to be homeless here as they raise funds for organizations working to support, house, feed and provide community for those who are homeless. They ask for you to support them by making a financial donation to their walk, with all funds going to the ministry of First United Community Outreach (link here)... or you can ask for pledges and join them in the walk, with 2, 5 & 10 km options.
